Mark
Owner/Founder
Mark is the founder of DFW RV Roof in Denton, TX and co-owner of our sister shop in Prescott, AZ. After years of success as a partner in one of the top Honda motorcycle dealerships in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, he sold his interest and opened the 7th authorized FlexArmor service center in the United States.
Before stepping into the RV industry, Mark worked in oilfield equipment at Teledyne Merla and earned his FAA license in Airframe and Powerplant Mechanics. He brings decades of hands-on technical experience and business leadership to the table — and when he’s not managing RV roofs, he enjoys cattle ranching on his 140-acre ranch in Saint Jo, TX.
Ryan
Shop Manager
Ryan has worked alongside Mark since 2010 and brings a deep understanding of mechanical systems and customer service to every RV that comes through our doors. A graduate of ATI’s motorcycle mechanics program and a former Red Level Honda technician, Ryan now manages all day-to-day operations at DFW RV Roof.
From handling insurance claims and coordinating with spray techs to ordering parts, managing customer drop-offs and pickups, and ensuring every roof meets our high standards – Ryan keeps the shop running smoothly and efficiently.
Cathy
Business Administrator
Cathy is the behind-the-scenes powerhouse that keeps the business side of both our Denton and Prescott locations running smoothly. With over 13 years of experience in corporate banking, she brought her strong financial background and top-tier organizational skills to the DFW RV Roof team.
She manages everything from QuickBooks and payroll to quoting jobs, tracking spreadsheets, paying bills, and coordinating day-to-day office operations. Cathy is the go-to for anything administrative – keeping things on time, on track, and under control.
Adam
Spray Technician
Adam joined DFW RV Roof in 2022 and quickly became an essential part of the crew. As a spray technician, Adam is trained in the full FlexArmor process – from preparing the RV and removing components to performing decking repairs, applying the FlexArmor system, and reassembling everything with care and precision.
His attention to detail helps ensure each RV roof is applied to exacting standards and backed by FlexArmor’s lifetime guarantee.
Jonathan
Spray Technician
Jonathan joined the team in 2024 after graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Theology and Ministry. In addition to his academic background, he brings a strong work ethic and a hands-on approach to every roof he works on.
As a spray tech, Jonathan handles everything from RV prep and roof repairs to applying topcoats and final assembly. His training ensures that each RV is protected with the industry’s toughest roofing system.
