2025 Grand Design Influence | Before & After FlexArmor Roof Upgrade

This 2025 Grand Design Influence came into our Denton, Texas shop for a FlexArmor lifetime, no-leak RV roof, along with the installation of two Maxx Fans to improve airflow and interior comfort.

Before

Prior to the upgrade, the RV had a traditional factory roof system with standard penetrations and seams. While functional, these types of roofs often require ongoing maintenance and are more prone to long-term issues around vents, accessories, and edges.

During the Process

As part of the FlexArmor installation, the roof was fully prepped to ensure proper adhesion and a seamless finished result. Roof components were carefully removed and reinstalled as needed, allowing the FlexArmor coating to encapsulate vents and transitions into one continuous surface. The two Maxx Fans were professionally integrated into the system for a clean, factory-level appearance.

After

The finished FlexArmor roof delivers a smooth, uniform, one-piece surface designed to eliminate seams and reduce future maintenance. The newly installed Maxx Fans enhance ventilation while maintaining a clean, balanced layout across the roofline. From edge to edge, the result is a durable, long-term roofing solution built for peace of mind on the road.
