2015 Keystone Bighorn | Roof Upgrade & Enhancements

This 2015 Keystone Bighorn fifth wheel came into the shop for a roof transformation designed to improve ventilation, reception, and long-term performance — all while giving the roof a clean, finished appearance.

Before

Like many RVs of this age, the original roof setup had limited airflow and outdated components. Over time, factory-installed systems and exposed roof edges can become problem areas, especially as seals age and technology needs change.

After

After its time in the shop, this Keystone Bighorn now features a fully updated roof with modern upgrades and a polished finish:

• FlexArmor Roof System
  The RV received a seamless, spray-on FlexArmor roof with a lifetime no-leak warranty. Unlike traditional membranes, FlexArmor eliminates seams and ongoing maintenance concerns, providing long-term peace of mind.
• King Jack Antenna Installation
  A low-profile King Jack antenna was installed to improve signal reception while keeping a sleek roofline.
• Two Maxx Fans Added
  Dual Maxx Fans were installed to significantly improve airflow and interior ventilation, helping regulate temperature and moisture inside the RV.
• Radius Paint Finish
  The roof edges were finished with radius paint, giving the roof a clean, uniform look and a professional final touch.

The Result

This Keystone Bighorn now has a durable, modern roof system designed for years of worry-free use. With improved airflow, better reception, and a seamless FlexArmor surface, the RV is better equipped for full-time travel or extended stays.
