I had a Flex Armor roof installed three years ago. On my last trip, the bead between the roof and the sidewall (part of the original build) started to separate. I called DFW RVRoof and the told me to bring it in as soon as I got close.I gave them a heads up I was coming on a Tuesday. Dropped the trailer off Thursday afternoon. Even though they were really busy, they got me in straight away, and I got the trailer back the next Monday.Apparently they had been seeing failures similar to mine, and a year or so ago changed the installation technique to wrap further down the walls.The lifetime warranty is a real thing, and the guys at DFW RVRoof were great.

I had a limb fall on my RV damaged my roof called Ryan told me to bring it to him as I not able to climb on roof he took pictures and sent to insurance and they agreed on new roof. My old motorhome roof was way past due for repair with multiple soft spots. I chose to get the Flexarmor roof after recommendations and research. Ryan explained the process in great detail and how he would be communicating daily including pictures. Turned out that a complete roof replacement was necessary. The work was completed in 5 days as he said up front. They even repaired a trim problem which was over and above the roof work. I heard a lot about FlexArmor RV roof so I decided to have my brand new RV done. The shop is a little more than 3 hours from my house but the service I received and the friendliness of the guys in the shop would have justified a 6 hour drive or more. I personally don’t mind heights but I don’t like climbing on top of RVs so now I don’t have to worry about checking the caulking. I’d classify the guys at DFW RV Roof as friends now. Fantastic job. Well worth the visit.

DFW RV Roof replaced our roof when a branch punctured the waterproof membrane. As full-time RVers, we were extremely thankful they were able to work us into their schedule right away. Excellent experience from start to finish. Mark took time to reach out immediately, understand our issue and outline what he and his team do with the FlexArmor product and process. Every item on the roof was removed as part of the thorough preparation and reinstalled with special mounting hardware specific to our RV and the equipment that we have on our roof, and then incorporate the mounting hardware into the 3/16 inch coating that is sprayed on to create a seamless roof with a lifetime guarantee. I couldn't be happier with the end result and appreciate the special care that was taken with our Girard Awnings, the various antennas, solar cabling, roof vents and AC units as part of the overall process. High quality investment for your RV lifestyle. The 5 year old rig looks brand new with the vibrant white roof and radius edge cap. We are looking forward to the reduction in outside noise and the 10 degree improvement from what we used to achieve from outside temperatures. We were sweltering in Texas high temperatures. We chose to have our shower skylight covered to protect it from hail.
We are extremely pleased with the service. My husband takes pride in our RV. Mark Lamb, the owner, Jake, a worker, Adam, a worker and the office staff of Linda and Madison all had a high standard of care. Their professionalism is superb. My husband and I stopped by several times to see the work progression. Jake and Adam answered our questions politely. They were keen to show us their accomplishments and next steps. We had such a good feeling about the whole process. Examples of what they were doing were also available.
Make an appointment. At our visit, there were only two rigs being worked on. We met one of the nicest couples ever! We are all now enjoying our RV experience more. Time and money well spent.
P.S. Plan on spending three nights somewhere else. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express.

What a great company to work with for repair to my roof on my RV. As I was traveling down a highway in Illinois something off a passing truck knocked a piece of the fiberglass roof off my RV. Called DFW RV Roof and they immediately booked me a date to repair it, and also told me how to tape it down to get it back to Texas. They kept me informed as they worked on the RV and within 3 days I had a new roof. Everybody at DFW RV Roof was easy to work with and friendly and the office staff went out of their way to help.

We were out on vacation when we hit a wind storm and ripped part of our roof off. My husband was doing an internet search and found dfw rv roof masters in denton. Was a drive for us but worth it. From the moment we walked in and were greeted they were awesome. The lady in the office is such a sweet woman they gave us a quote "half the price of what others" and we got all the vents replaced also. We were so pleased with the work and the amount of time it took was so fast because we had another trip coming up. I highly recommend these guys especially since The roof is a lifetime guarantee.

Great people, friendly service, excellent communication. They were able to get our roof in 2 days earlier than scheduled. They kept in touch with pics of the process. They answered any questions we had. They also kept our trailer plugged in so the fridge would be ready to put food in when we picked it up. Had my armor flex roof installed by Mark and the team at DFW RV Roof. Extremely quick turnaround time. Dropped off on a Sunday afternoon, camper was ready by end of the day on Wednesday. Mark does an amazing job explaining the entire process, and kept me in the loop at the end of each day sending photos of the progress. I would highly recommend DFW RV roof to anyone needing a new roof on their camper. We unfortunately had hail damage after a recent storm, and it is great to know this is the last roof we will ever replace!

We had a new roof put on our RV by DFW RV Roof in November, 2020. These guys were very helpful, professional, and explained everything before we had our roof put on. They also put in a new exhaust fan for our bathroom, added vent covers for all our exhaust fans, took off our dome and antenna and put in a digital antenna. The vent covers were included in the cost of the roof. I picked up the rig when they were finished. The new roof was absolutely beautiful. I drove off and one of my mirrors had not been tightened properly so I drove back. They spent time making sure it was tightened and adjusted correctly. Said they would spend all day getting it right if I needed them to. It took about a half-hour and I was on my way again. These guys are really friendly, easy to work with, and go above and beyond with their service. I now have a lifetime warranty roof on my class A diesel pusher and the warranty is transferrable if we ever sell the rig. I highly recommend DFW RV Roof! Product, professionalism, and service are top-notch!

I'd give 6 stars if I could!About two weeks ago Mark and his team installed a new Flex Armor roof on our 2019 Class A motorhome, which had significant hail damage. We're living full time in our RV, so we spent a couple days in a hotel a block away. There are multiple decent hotels within a block, should you have a similar situation...We made our appointment about 3 months prior to the actual service. Mark, John, and Dwayne stayed in touch as our date drew closer. They allowed us to arrive the night prior and plug into their electricity, so we didn't lose the food in our refrigerator. They also kept the rig plugged in the next couple days while they installed the new roof, for the same reason.During the work, they kept me updated on progress and sent me a few in-progress photos, so I could see what was going on. During prep they noticed two factory installed ceiling exhaust fans, which they had never seen before. I felt these fans were cheap from Day 1, and the guys noticed a design flaw that would have held rainwater. They upgraded the fans to a much much better model, and the bill at the end of the appointment was still less than what they quoted me three months earlier (how often does that happen?).The end result is FANTASTIC! There's no doubt the new roof is better than the factory one! The new roof was sprayed on at about 1/4" thick, producing a much stronger and weather proof roof. This is how they can offer a lifetime warranty - I can't imaging this roof ever failing.Again, on a 5-star scale, this is a 6-star product and service. For the first time since the hail damage, I woke up this morning to rain, and enjoyed listening to the sound without any worry of leaks. Thanks to Mark and his entire team. You guys are truly world class!!!PS - I recently learned Mark and team are expanding into Prescott, AZ. That shop is scheduled to open March/April 2021, with some of Mark's A-Team members relocating from Denton, TX to that Prescott shop. I expect that location will provide the same 6-star product and experience.

If you have a leak or damage on your RV or Horse Trailer, these are the guys to trust to do an excellent job and leave with a lifetime warranty on the work. I had FlexArmor applied to my horse trailer and I love it! The biggest and best benefit is the horse box stays 30% cooler in the Texas heat! Plus in the Living quarters, I noticed my AC runs less! Mark, Dwayne and team did a quick amazing job on our 43’ toyhauler. We got great advice and great interaction all the way from when our RV roof flew off down in Florida. The advice for temp repairs, comfort of their experience and an amazing lifetime warranty based on the vin number that increases the value of the RV even. Best shop in north Texas for new re roof. Mark and DeWayne and crew are the best. On our way to the shop I hit a curb and damaged tire and wheel and bent the axel on my fifth wheel.
