Lifetime No Leak Guarantee On FlexArmor® Roof

LIFETIME GUARANTEE – We warrant the FlexArmor®roof application (“application”) to be, at time of application, free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service, and we or another Certified Service Center, will, during the lifetime of the RV, repair any product failures. FlexArmor covers immediate roof substrate and FlexArmor material once a claim has been filed. The lifetime warranty covers against leaks around fixtures as they were when the roof was applied. Any additions are not covered under said warranty unless brought back to a Service Center for resealing. FlexArmor is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or damages to the RV or contents.

Any needed repair or replacement of parts under the terms of this warranty should be initiated in the claims portal located at RVRoof.com or the link provided in your email confirmation of warranty registration. Claims can be initiated at any authorized service center located on the RVRoof.com website. If you require additional information in filing a claim, contact us at:

The warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Owner must provide original receipt and proof of warranty registration for all claims.

Warranty Registration and Claims

1. Customer must register FlexArmor roof through the registration portal on RVRoof.com within 30 days. If sold or ownership
is transferred, new owner must reregister through the registration portal within 30 days.

2. Customer should periodically inspect roof and seals.

3. Customer will initiate a claim through portal or at an authorized location. Customer has 30 days from initial filing to deliver
unit to an authorized service center for repairs. Repairs are limited to immediate roof substrate.

4. Customer will make all efforts to immediately stop water intrusion, if the situation arises, whether this is using caulk or
tapes to seal suspected areas or covering the RV with tarps.

This warranty shall NOT apply under the following conditions:

1. When the roof has been purposely modified to install a device to the roof that requires cutting or drilling into the roof and
you have failed to have the area resealed by an authorized Service Center within six months.

2. When the roof has been damaged by an accident, such as motor vehicle incident and you have failed to have the area
resealed by an authorized Service Center within 6 months.

3. When the roof is serviced by unauthorized persons.

4. Failure of coax rubber boots on TV antennas. Boot must be inspected and replaced if deteriorated.

5. A/C gasket failure. A/C gaskets need to be inspected and replaced when needed.

6. Cracked skylights above coating line.

Use and Care of Roof:

Wash with non-abrasive household cleaners. Mild bleach/water solutions are acceptable.
